What type of payment do we accept?
Pod Trailers & Campers NZ accept VISA and Mastercard credit card payments. Your credit card or account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Orders will only be shipped after your payment has been cleared.
We also offer a bank transfer option for New Zealand customers. If you wish to use this option please select this method on checkout. Please allow up to 3 days for payment to be received. As per credit card payments, orders will only be shipped after your payment has been cleared.
What about custom orders?
For all custom orders, we require a 50% deposit to proceed with the order.
Is New Zealand GST calculated on orders?
Yes, our prices on the website include 15% New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax).
What price currency does Pod Trailers & Campers NZ use on the website?
All products are advertised in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
